JARVIS Privacy Policy

Effective August 30, 2026

This policy explains how the personal JARVIS desktop integration handles Google user data. JARVIS is owner-operated and is not offered as a public account service.

1. Scope and responsible party

This policy applies to JARVIS and this GS Command Hub website. JARVIS is a private desktop system used by its owner to coordinate local software and specifically approved connected services. GS Command Hub is responsible for the processing described here.

2. Google user data JARVIS may access

After the owner completes Google's authorization screen, JARVIS may request access to the following categories only to provide the features described in this policy:

  • Basic Google account identity, including name and email address.
  • Google Calendar data needed to view, create, update, or organize calendars and events.
  • Google Drive files and metadata, including selected Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides content.
  • Gmail messages, metadata, and labels needed for owner-requested reading, drafting, sending, or organization tasks.
  • Google Contacts and Google Tasks data used for personal coordination.
  • YouTube channel, video, upload, and analytics data, including monetary analytics when requested by the owner.

3. Why this data is used

Google user data is used only to:

  • carry out a command expressly given or approved by the owner;
  • show the owner accurate status, readback, or diagnostic information;
  • prepare or update the owner's files, schedules, messages, tasks, or media;
  • maintain the secure connection requested by the owner; and
  • detect, explain, and recover from integration errors.

JARVIS does not use Google user data for advertising, audience profiling, credit decisions, or sale to third parties.

4. Processing and disclosure

JARVIS is designed to process commands locally first. It will not transmit Google user data to an external AI or other service unless the owner expressly requests an operation that needs that service and the transfer is necessary to complete the approved task. Only the minimum relevant data should be transmitted.

Google user data is not sold, licensed, shared with advertisers, or used to train generalized or non-personalized artificial intelligence models. Human access is limited to the owner's direction, security or abuse investigation, legal obligations, or explicit consent.

5. Storage and security

  • OAuth client credentials and authorization tokens are intended to be stored in macOS Keychain.
  • User-created artifacts are saved in owner-designated local directories or in the Google destination selected for the task.
  • JARVIS uses purpose-specific permissions and local execution evidence to reduce accidental or misrouted actions.
  • No public JARVIS account database is operated through this website.

6. Retention and deletion

Google authorization tokens are retained only while the owner keeps the integration connected. Local copies and operational data are retained only as needed for the approved task, troubleshooting, or the owner's chosen archive. Created files remain until the owner deletes them.

The owner can disconnect JARVIS, revoke Google access, delete local files, and request deletion of integration data at any time. Revoking access prevents future Google API access but does not automatically delete files the owner intentionally created.

7. Google API Services User Data Policy

JARVIS's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

8. Owner controls

The owner can control access by:

  • approving or rejecting the Google authorization screen;
  • disconnecting Google inside JARVIS when that control is available;
  • revoking access from the Google Account third-party connections page; and
  • requesting access, correction, export, or deletion by email.

9. Children and public accounts

JARVIS is not directed to children and does not permit public account registration. This website does not intentionally collect visitor account data.

10. Changes to this policy

This policy will be updated before JARVIS materially changes how it accesses, uses, stores, or shares Google user data. The effective date above will identify the current version.
